• MBBS degree with a valid license from Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC).
• Completed structured postgraduate training in Paediatrics from a reputable institution.
• FCPS or MRCP in Paediatrics.
• Excellent interpersonal, teaching and training skills.
• Excellent procedural skills and ability to provide quality and safe patient care in a diverse setting.
• Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently.
• Willingness to work in shift duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision in inpatient and outpatient services in collaboration with senior faculty.
• Perform daily team rounds, formulate cure plans and expedite discharges with senior faculty and fellows.
• Develop and practice a system that is quality-based with an academic and service model.
• Teach and train undergraduates and postgraduates according to standards and curriculum.
• Formulate quality initiatives for units and present them under faculty guidance.
• Contribute to patient complaint reviews and case review/root cause analysis.
• Participate in General Paediatrics and other departmental/organizational performance improvement activities.
