Job summary

Motive is hiring an Install Operations Associate to manage end-to-end invoicing for the Professional Services team. You will oversee SOWs, purchase orders, invoices, approvals, and payments to installation partners, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and accurate reporting.

The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with data tools. You will support onboarding project managers and installation partners across our growing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience on Hex or Tableau.
• Experience in Redash queries.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in invoice management or accounts payable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire invoicing process from SOW creation to payment to installation partners.
• Verify invoice accuracy and proper coding for reporting.
• Maintain vendor price catalog and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular vendor statement reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
