Company Description Scale Squad is a government-authorized e-commerce training company based in Islamabad, with offices in Blue Area and F8 Markaz. We work in collaboration with the Higher Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, to bring practical e-commerce education to students and graduates.

Our work covers e-commerce training, internships, and business consultancy for both the Pakistani market and international markets such as the US and Middle East. We don’t just teach the theory. We train people on a working business model and then give them a place on our team. Many of the team members. are working with us today joined as fresh graduates with no prior experience.

Role Description

This is a 15-day, paid, on-site E-commerce Internship for female candidates at our Islamabad office, with a stipend of PKR 5,000.

During the internship, you will learn how to run an e-commerce business in Pakistan and how to sell to international markets such as the US and UAE. Training is practical and hands-on from day one.

This internship is the first step toward a permanent position. Interns who perform well are hired full-time as E-commerce Sales Associates. In that role, strong performers on our team have earned over USD 1,000 within their first two to three months.

Office timings are 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Female candidates only
• Fresh graduates are welcome, and no prior experience is required
• Previous e-commerce or sales experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Available on-site in Islamabad, 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday
• Able to join full-time, on-site, after the 15-day internship
• Not currently enrolled as a university student
• Not currently employed at another office
• Good communication skills and a serious interest in building a career in e-commerce
