Job summary

Blinkers Solutions is seeking an entry-level candidate for hands-on experience in store operations and customer service within an e-commerce setting. You will assist with product listings, data entry, and online customer support, primarily through WhatsApp.

Training is provided, and the role is in-person at the Ichra area of Lahore. Applicants should be female, with Matriculation or equivalent, and located near Ichra for daily attendance.

Qualifications

• Matriculation or higher is required.
• Proficient with basic computer apps, especially Excel.
• Able to manage online listings and support e-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction via WhatsApp.
• Basic knowledge of Canva for graphic tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic store operations and product listing on Shopify and Daraz.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records using Excel.
• Confirm customer orders and provide customer service mainly through WhatsApp.
• Handle basic graphic design and photo editing using Canva.
