Job summary

Translation Empire is seeking a dedicated information security professional to join our team in Pakistan. You will develop and implement information security policies, perform risk and vulnerability assessments, and coordinate with IT to ensure compliance with standards.

You will monitor security incidents, manage security tools, educate staff on best practices, and contribute to disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in information security or a related role.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
• Ability to perform risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
