Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate design of major industrial utility systems (power, energy, gases, water, fire protection).
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations and international standards.
• Support RFQ preparation, bidding, and evaluation of proposals.
• Develop project plans with schedules, milestones, and resource monitoring.
• Monitor costs and implement budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with HSE standards.
• Coordinate with site teams, PMC, contractors, consultants, and senior management.
• Adhere to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 in daily activities.
• Apply problem-solving and project management skills to ensure timely delivery of utility projects.
