Job summary

SOLERI Group in Lahore is seeking an experienced Industrial Sales professional to identify new business opportunities with industrial, manufacturing, and OEM clients. You will build strong client relationships, read datasheets, and present technical and commercial proposals to close sales.

The role requires 2–5 years in industrial B2B sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, travel willingness, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing; an engineering degree with sales experience is acceptable.
• 2–5 years in industrial sales, equipment or related B2B technical products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and explain technical datasheets and specifications to customers.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; willingness to travel with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities among industrial, manufacturing, and OEM customers.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and product specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales while maintaining healthy margins.
• Coordinate with the technical/engineering team for product selection, application support, and after-sales service.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and sales in CRM or reporting systems.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and promote brand visibility.
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection in coordination with the finance team.
