Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or fresh intermediate candidates can apply.
• Basic computer operating skills.
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email.
• Ability to prepare basic quotations, reports, and business correspondence.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Verbal communication and customer dealing skills.
• Basic understanding of internet browsing, online research, and data entry.
• Ability to communicate with customers through telephone, WhatsApp, email, and other business channels.
• Interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn about industrial engineering products, equipment, spare parts, and technical services.
• Ability to maintain customer and sales records.
• Follow-up and coordination skills.
• Presentable, confident, disciplined, and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to visit customers or industrial sites when required.
• No prior sales experience is mandatory; training will be provided.
