About Our Client:

Our client is a manufacturing company for Boxing, MMA and Martial Arts.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer with proven experience in the gloves or footwear manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate existing production processes for gloves or footwear to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Design efficient plant layouts and workflows that maximize space, time, and material handling.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to integrate new technologies or product lines.
• Conduct time-and-motion studies, capacity analysis, and line balancing.
• Monitor and analyze production data to detect bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the production cycle.
• Recommend and support the implementation of automation or machinery improvements.
• Train production staff on new processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in costing and process-related feasibility analysis for new glove or footwear designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh to 3+ years of relevant experience in glove or footwear manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with CAD software and process simulation tools is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Location: Sialkot

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm

Days: Monday to Saturday
