Gratia is an AI-powered elite talent platform matching experienced analysts with senior leaders on high-impact engagements. You will advise on growth, market entry, due diligence, and GTM planning, solo or in pods.

You bring 3+ years in top-tier advisory or growth roles, can build complex Excel models, and deliver narrative, decisive recommendations using AI tools to accelerate work while applying rigorous professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier advisory or professional services firm (MBB, LEK, Oliver Wyman, etc.) or in a high-performing growth role.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into MECE frameworks and deliver recommendations.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and formatting.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year growth plans and portfolio expansion.
• Run structured assessments to prioritize new markets, segments, or targets.
• Build robust, assumptions-driven models to value investments or make build-vs-buy decisions.
• Map competitive landscapes and identify whitespace in markets.
• Diagnose pipeline constraints and design actionable go-to-market rollout plans.
