Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist with 15–20 years in technology/solutions consulting and deep exposure to AI/ML or data projects. You will run discovery sessions, translate requirements into building use cases, and define success criteria for proposed solutions.

You will draft the technical narrative of proposals, assess regulatory compliance, and validate scope with senior stakeholders. Excellent executive communication and workshop facilitation are essential.

Qualifications

• 15–20 yrs in technology/solutions consulting with genuine, deep exposure to AI/ML or data projects
• Ability to discuss architecture credibly — not just relay requirements
• Skilled in structured discovery methodologies (design thinking, use-case prioritization)
• Familiar with AI regulatory frameworks (data residency, EU AI Act)
• Knowledge of major cloud AI platforms for scoping conversations
• Understanding of delivery method to scope a PoC-to-production path
• Proven ability to write clearly for executive audiences
• Comfortable running structured workshops under time pressure with senior stakeholders
• Diplomatic, manage scope-creep without damaging relationships
• Metrics focus: proposal cycle time, quality, and client satisfaction during pursuit

Responsibilities

• Run technical discovery sessions to map the client's current data, systems, and AI readiness
• Own requirements-to-scope translation — converting business pain into structured, buildable use cases
• Define success criteria and evaluation methodology for the proposed solution before build starts
• Draft the technical narrative of the proposal/SOW — architecture summary, risk framing, delivery approach
• Assess technical compliance requirements (data residency, security, regulatory) during scoping
• Partner with the Field CTO/Solution Architect to validate that scope is technically buildable within budget and timeline
• Manage the day-to-day client relationship during the pursuit so technical staff stay focused on the build
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops across client business and technical functions
• Maintain the qualification and pursuit tracker for the Head of Presales & Solutioning
• Own change-management framing for the proposed solution — how the client's org will need to adapt
• Lead or co-lead client oral presentations, translating technical scope into a business case executives approve

Requirements:

• 15–20 yrs in technology/solutions consulting with genuine, deep exposure to AI/ML or data projects
• Enough technical grounding to hold a credible architecture conversation — not just relay requirements
• Skilled in structured discovery methodologies (design thinking, use-case prioritization, jobs-to-be-done)
• Working understanding of technical compliance/regulatory frameworks relevant to AI (data residency, EU AI Act, sector rules)
• Familiar with major cloud AI platforms — Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI — for scoping conversations; open-source awareness a good-to-have
• Understands delivery methodology well enough to scope a realistic PoC-to-production path
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly for executive audiences
• Comfortable running structured workshops under time pressure with senior client stakeholders
• Strong facilitation and active-listening skills — surfaces the real problem, not just the stated one
• Diplomatic under pressure — manages scope-creep conversations without damaging the relationship
• Success metrics: proposal/SOW cycle time and quality (fewer redlines) · client satisfaction during the pursuit phase, independent of win/loss · scope accuracy at handover to delivery
