We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven In-House Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to potential clients, pitch our services, and convert them into paid clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical billing industry and a proven track record of sales success. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position offers performance-based bonuses upon successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in the healthcare industry, focusing on those in need of medical billing services.
Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing BillingNex services and building relationships.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of our services, tailored to the needs of each client.
Client Conversion: Convert prospects into paying clients through effective communication and persuasion.
Follow-Up: Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up to close sales.
Reporting: Keep track of all communications and sales progress in our CRM system.
Bonuses: Earn additional bonuses for each successful client conversion.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in sales, with preference given to candidates with medical billing industry experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in cold calling and pitching to potential clients.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Knowledge of medical billing processes and terminology is highly desirable.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
