Job summary

MOL Pakistan is seeking an entry-level Deputy Business Process Analyst to help identify risks, support CSR initiatives, and ensure consistent corporate communications across the organization.

You will develop reports and dashboards to drive data-based decisions, design impact newsletters and proposals, and lead CSR project planning and evaluation in collaboration with international partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Sustainability Sciences, or Public Policy.
• Excellent writing skills; knowledge of Pakistan’s energy outlook.
• Proficiency in economic analysis, strategy development, business planning, internal communications, and project management.
• Familiarity with sustainability standards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging political, regulatory, and community-related risks and assess potential impacts on business operations through rigorous impact analysis.
• Support data-driven decision-making by developing reports and dashboards, and design newsletters, project proposals, and related comms tools as and when required.
• Facilitate the planning, design, and implementation of CSR projects and ensure optimal projection of JV & MOL Pakistan, by conducting impact assessments for CSR projects, measuring and evaluating social and environmental outcomes, and recommending improvements.
• Ensure consistency of language, tone, messaging and corporate identity across communications.
• Assist in the development of content calendars, campaigns, and draft communication material that meaningfully delivers impact stories and highlights the company’s CSR initiatives.
