Job summary

Inspire Pakistan is seeking an IM/IT Officer for the DAFI project based at the DAFI Project Office. You will lead information management, data management, reporting, digital systems, and day‑to‑day IT support to ensure accurate, timely, secure program information.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will design tools, dashboards, and databases, coordinate with partners, train staff, and support audits and donor reporting while protecting confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, CS, Information Management, MIS or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant NGO or donor-funded experience in information management or IT.
• Proven experience with Power BI, KoboToolbox, BIMS/MIS, Excel, dashboards and digital reporting.
• Experience handling sensitive data and applying data protection and information security.
• Strong analytical, coordination and organisational skills; ability to travel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the DAFI project MIS/database including scholar records.
• Design, manage, and maintain data collection and reporting tools (KoboToolbox/KoBo, BIMS, Excel, Power BI).
• Ensure data quality through cleansing, validation, verification, deduplication, and reconciliation.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, Excel trackers, databases and information products for management and donor reporting.
• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot computers, printers, internet connectivity, software and MS Office.
• Coordinate with INSPK Head Office IT/MEAL teams, universities, partners, and service providers on IT requirements.
• Train staff in BIMS, KoboToolbox, Power BI, MS Excel, MS Office and other systems.
• Support planning, monitoring and program improvement with data/evidence.
