ibex. Learning Academy (ILA) is a leading educational platform based in Lahore. We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our customer support team as Certified Customer Service Professionals (CCSP).

The role offers a unique opportunity to become certified in and excel in the customer service industry through ibex. Pakistan’s specialized program. Our ILA team in Lahore comprise of highly qualified trainers dedicated to equipping potential candidates with good written and verbal communication and English skills.

We closely observe and guide the individuals, part of the ILA program to help them refine their skills and foster both their both personal and professional growth.
