ibex. Learning Academy (ILA) is a leading educational platform based in Karachi. We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our customer support team as Certified Customer Service Professionals (CCSP).

The role offers a unique opportunity to become certified in and excel in the customer service industry through ibex. Pakistan’s specialized program. Our ILA team in Karachi comprise of highly qualified trainers dedicated to equipping potential candidates with good written, verbal communication, and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Master written, verbal and non-verbal language and conversation skills, grammar and fluency
• Develop proficient typing speed and computer skills essential for customer service roles. Understand how to use different CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Order Management Systems (OMS)
