Job summary

SECOURS ISLAMIQUE FRANCE is seeking a Sr. Operations Officer - Quetta to oversee cleaning, stock control, and admin support for our facilities, including office and guest houses. The role emphasizes hygiene, reliability, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of NGO experience, be able to communicate in Sindhi/Urdu, and work under supervision to ensure smooth daily operations. This is a field-based, on-site position in Quetta.

Qualifications

• Can read and write
• Able to understand and speak Sindhi & Urdu (English may be preferred but not required)
• Have at least 3 years of experience working with I/NGO/NGO
• Passion about hygiene, flexible, reliable and able to work at a fast pace
• Must possess honesty and can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Clean office and guest house areas regularly.
• Manage stocks of guest house and office supplies; notify logistics for needs.
• Report to Admin for new supplies, missing/damaged items or repairs.
• Wash cleaning clothes for office and guesthouses separately from regular clothes.
• Ensure COVID-19 SOPs are followed and washrooms checklist is updated daily.
