Job summary

Fibrus invites an ambitious Telesales Agent to join our fast-paced sales desk. You will drive phone-based sales for residential and small business customers, supporting inbound and outbound campaigns and delivering exceptional customer experience.

With base salary 26,033.00 and an OTE of 40k+ plus uncapped commissions, this permanent hybrid role rewards performance and team collaboration as you guide customers from inquiry to order using our ordering system.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated telephone-based or face-to-face sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, target-driven and professional with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Make phone-based sales from outbound and inbound calls.
• Assist customers with pre-contract solutions and process orders via web chat or ordering system.
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently using the ordering system.
• Follow up with customers on order/installation progress.
• Collaborate with the Fibrus team to meet sales targets and maintain compliance.
