As our human resource manager you would work with our international employers, immigration lawyers and local applicants for foreign jobs and immigration to Canada, USA, Australia and Brazil. You will match the best candidate with jobs available from international employers in the above countries. Daily updating of company website and ad design for print media. You will write CV and cover letters for our applicants to improve their chances for getting a job interview. You will train our applicants in the most effective telephonic and video job interview skills. Compensation package and benefits are included in this role including salary and incentive details described below.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international employers, immigration lawyers, and local applicants for foreign jobs and immigration to Canada, USA, Australia and Brazil.
• Match the best candidates with jobs available from international employers in the specified countries.
• Update the company website daily and design advertisements for print media.
• Write CVs and cover letters for applicants to improve their chances of securing job interviews.
• Train applicants in effective telephonic and video interview skills.
• Adhere to compensation structure and performance-based incentives as outlined below.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Rs. 15000-25000 depending on capabilities.
• Incentive: Rs. 10000 for each successful placement resulting in foreign immigration for Pakistani applicants and international employers.
• International transfer: Potential opportunity to work at future office in Brazil.

Job Specification

You have an MBA in Human Resource Management from a well-reputed university with a 3.0+ grade average, as well as certification or diploma in Graphic Arts and Web Design. Alternatively you may have an MCS degree with experience in Human Resource Management. You are creative, think outside the box, and can offer solutions to make the job application, interviewing and candidate selection process swift. You are result-oriented, objective, merit-based, and able to learn from mistakes. You strive to excel and exceed goals and tasks assigned to you.
