Job description
  • Implementing and improving the company’s current HR policies
  • Taking initiative to develop new strategies and policies, as required
  • Communicating with employees from all departments and of different backgrounds
  • Providing a safe atmosphere for employees to voice concerns and issues
  • Retaining past and current personnel records using a filing and retrieval system
  • Overseeing attendance records, salary calculations and benefits program
  • Nurturing a positive working environment
  • Planning team building activities to elevate team members work experience
  • Managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, such as employee of the month programs, bonuses etc.
  • Organizing technical training as well as soft training sessions based on team requirements
  • Acting as the bridge between management and team members by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
  • Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics
