Job description

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team. The HR Manager will ensure the company’s HR operations run smoothly, support employee development, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

This is an on-site position. Office is located at Bahria Town phase 4 Rawalpindi/ Islamabad.

Salary budget: 150,000 - 200,000/-

Timings; 7 pm - 4 am

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

Manage the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding, ensuring the timely and efficient hiring of top talent for various departments. Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns. Foster a positive workplace environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts effectively.

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.

Performance Management:

Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.

Provide support and guidance to managers to help improve employee performance and career growth.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to ensure skill enhancement and career growth.

Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities to enhance team effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Administer employee benefits programs and ensure they meet the needs of the workforce.

Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational standards.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement continuous improvements.

HR Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare and present HR-related reports and metrics to senior management. Utilize HR data to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiencies.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 6-8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
