Job summary

Software Finder Careers is seeking a Marketing Operations and Analytics Specialist to own HubSpot, marketing funnel and revenue reporting. You will build the systems that reveal which campaigns, categories, products and events drive activated vendors and ensure data quality for trusted insights.

In this role you’ll blend system building with analysis, define funnel criteria, maintain data hygiene, and explain findings to sales and leadership with clarity.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in marketing operations, revenue operations or marketing analytics in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot CRM, funnel management and reporting to connect marketing activity to revenue.
• Maintain data quality: import, clean, deduplicate and enrich vendor and contact lists.
• Build and manage email lists, landing pages, forms, workflows and campaign records for campaigns and events.
• Create rules for lead routing, notifications, nurture sequences and alerts for engaged accounts.
• Develop dashboards: executive, campaign, event, funnel, and account reporting.
• Identify attribution, funnel leakage and forecast revenue based on historical conversion rates.
