Job summary

Abacus is a global professional services leader seeking an organized HR Performance Management & Employee Engagement Specialist to administer performance management via SAP SuccessFactors and coordinate corporate HR communications. You will support employee engagement initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders on emergency preparedness and response activities.

Responsibilities include configuring PA forms, launching reviews, generating analytics, and maintaining clear employee communications

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Performance Management and form administration.
• Understanding of performance management processes and employee evaluation cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent coordination, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and prepare corporate communications, HR announcements, and employee-facing content.
• Experience coordinating employee engagement activities and organizational initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end performance management processes through SAP SuccessFactors.
• Create and manage permission groups, activate templates, configure role assignments, and launch performance forms.
• Monitor performance cycle progress and ensure timely completion of each phase.
• Generate performance analytics and reports to support management decision-making.
• Administer project-based performance assessment processes, including form configuration, launches, and reporting.
• Develop, prepare, and disseminate Corporate HR communications covering HR initiatives, policies, programs, awareness campaigns, and organizational announcements.
• Coordinate employee birthday communications and other HR announcements.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement activities and campaigns.
• Coordinate birthday celebration arrangements for executive management.
• Collaborate with the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and relevant stakeholders to support emergency preparedness and response initiatives.
• Assist in communicating emergency-related procedures, guidelines, and updates to employees.
