Global SuperNova is seeking an experienced Managing Consultant – SAP HCM to lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, provide strategic functional guidance, and deliver HR technology solutions for complex client environments.

You will drive design across PA, OM, Payroll and Time Management, manage delivery, mentor teams, and ensure successful engagement outcomes while maintaining high client satisfaction and project quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, CS, Business Administration, HR or a related discipline.
• 8–10+ years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP HCM configuration, implementation, and solution design.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Drive solution design and configuration across Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Oversee project delivery, resource planning, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage client relationships, workshops, presentations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead and mentor functional consultants and ensure successful project execution.
• Support integration of SAP HCM with other SAP modules and systems.
• Ensure quality documentation, testing, and post-implementation support.

• In‑depth knowledge of PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management.
• Proven experience leading SAP implementation projects and consulting teams.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM integration with other SAP modules.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and client-management skills.
• SAP S/4HANA HCM and SuccessFactors exposure will be an advantage.
