Job summary

Supernova seeks an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Human Capital Management, HR process optimization, and SAP implementation and support. You will configure PA and OM modules and collaborate with clients and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting experience, solid knowledge of PA/OM, and experience with Payroll and Time Management; SAP S/4HANA exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/BA/HR or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of PA and OM configuration.
• Experience with Payroll and Time Management; SAP implementation, enhancements & support.
• Strong analytical and client-handling skills.

• Work on Time Management and Payroll processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and technical teams during implementation and support.
• Ensure SAP HCM solutions align with business requirements and HR best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR, or a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM configuration, particularly PA and OM.
