Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 0–12 months of HR Operations/Generalist experience preferred
• Experience with HR systems, automation tools, or AI applications is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure timely HR processes
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with documentation and stakeholders
• Handle employee-related medical/healthcare processes
• Support organizational development initiatives, engagement, and learning activities
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation
• Assist in developing and enforcing HR processes, policies and SOPs
• Identify opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency
• Explore AI tools to streamline HR activities and reporting
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and presentations
• Collaborate with employees, managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth HR activities
• Demonstrate service orientation and ownership in task execution
