Role
We are looking for an experienced HR operations professional to join our team. This role is instrumental in working with our HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and managing compliance-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HR systems, backend workflows, and system administration, with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for efficiency.
Reporting to the People Infrastructure & Total Rewards Lead, this role will collaborate closely with People Operations Analysts, Recruitment Operations Analysts, and cross-functional teams in HR, Payroll, IT, and Compliance.
