  • 2. Organizational design and job evaluation
  • 3. Recruitment and Selection
    • HR Planning: Every end of the month needs to be submitted. Next month HR Planning, keeping in touch with the organization needs and recruiting excellent staff according to department needs.
    • Recruitment Process
      • Organize company LinkedIn and Facebook, advertise the position and collect CVs through all channels.
      • Selection Process
        • Resume Screening, Preliminary/telephonic interview, Preliminary test, Interview of the short-listed candidate, final interview
        • Salary setup, Reference check, Medical Checkup and providing Job offer letter to the candidate
      • Orientation
      • Issuance of Orientation File, issuance of orientation plan and its execution.
  • 4. Discipline
    • Organize and conduct inquiries related to discipline of workers (e.g., absence without leave, security breaches and theft) and take appropriate disciplinary action.
    • Issuance of Show Cause Notices to workers against misconduct and disciplinary action including termination.
