Responsibilities

  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of work methods and procedures.
  • Follows up on and ensures appropriate implementation of decisions.
  • Assist in training arrangements.
  • Assist HR Department in policy development and maintenance.
  • Handle execution of HR tasks providing support to HR Manager.
  • Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Assist in developing sound personnel systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Process monthly payroll and maintain confidentiality of payroll records.
  • Administer Employee Information System and record keeping.
  • Participate in HR planning and preparing procedures for new staff.
  • Help newcomers integrate with company departments.
  • Coordinate follow up on office assets.

Overview

BBA/MBA or relevant degree in Human Resources

HR Officer will be responsible for assisting the HR team to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of administration services, office management, and HR tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of work methods and procedures.
  • Follows up on and ensures appropriate implementation of decisions.
  • Assist in training arrangements.
  • Assist HR Department in the development and maintenance of Personnel Policies and Procedures and new programs and services related to Human Resources.
  • Handle the execution of HR tasks providing administrative support to the HR Manager.
  • Assist the HR Manager with recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes and send appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sound personnel systems, Policies, and procedures.
  • Processing/payments of monthly payroll for staff and maintaining strict confidentiality of all records relating to payroll.
  • Administration of Employee Information System, record keeping, and opening of new personal files for new staff.
  • Participating in HR planning recruitment and preparing relevant procedures for interview and receipt of new staff.
  • Helping newcomers in integration with company departments.
  • Any other duties if assigned from time to time by HR departments.
  • Coordinate & follow up on the office assets.
