Job summary

Taraki is seeking an HR lead to own the people function for its telehealth operations in Karachi. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, recruit doctors and clinical staff, and manage onsite workforce operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and high-performance service delivery.

You will report to senior leadership and establish HR processes tailored for a fast-growing clinical environment, driving accountability, performance culture, and scalable people practices across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience in clinical/healthcare settings.
• Experience managing onsite operational teams.
• Ability to own HR in a fast-paced telehealth environment.
• Comfortable dealing with doctors and medical staff.
• Strong recruitment and HR operations skills.
• Execution-focused with high accountability.

You will own HR for our telehealth operations in Karachi, where doctors, paramedics, and support staff work onsite from centralized facilities to deliver digital healthcare services.
You report to senior leadership. Real ownership. Real accountability.
This is not a traditional HR role. You will run HR for a high-performance clinical environment.
