Elegant Soft International, Germany Based IT Company is looking for a talented, motivated HR Manager. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in reputable IT companies, in Supervisory/Managerial roles. Location: Information Technology and Services - Islamabad, Pakistan.

Job Specification / Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. An MBA or MA in Human Resource Management is a definite advantage.
  • Extensive exposure and network in the IT industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, counseling, facilitation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
