Al-Shams Technologies(Pvt)Ltd is a growing organization providing Quranic and academic tutoring services to foreign students through virtual platforms. With a mission to deliver quality education worldwide, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Female HR Manager to support our expanding team.

Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and a clear understanding of HR practices in a fast-paced, education-based organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates of HR data.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and suggest improvement plans.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for teachers and staff.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and salary details.
  • Assist in fostering a professional, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Note: This is an office-based job in the Evening-Shift (01.00PM to 10.00PM).
