Job summary

TEKenable requires an experienced HR Manager to oversee day-to-day people operations in Pakistan for a permanent hybrid role in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. This position will support business delivery for HR across Pakistan, handling daily HR queries, implementing policies, and managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
• Proven experience as HR Manager, HRBP, or HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan labour law and HR best practices.
• Experience in an Information Technology company preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day People functions and employee support.
• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain the HRIS and monthly data, contracts, and reports.
• Prepare contracts and arrange equipment and induction for new starters.
• Manage appraisals and support disciplinary processes.
• Handle grievances with HRBP support and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate benefits and payroll administration.

TEKenable requires an experienced HR Manager to oversee day-to-day people operations in Pakistan for a permanent and hybrid position working in Islamabad / Rawalpindi.

This role will support the business delivery for HR in Pakistan that includes managing the daily functions of the department and handling all HR queries, working closely with other members of the people& TAteam providing a first-class service to all managers and staff, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes, policies, and employee support across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day People functions and employee support.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performancemanagementand offboarding.
• Maintain the HRIS. Complete monthly checks to ensureaccurateemployee data,contractsand reports areaccurate.
• Prepare contracts and arrange equipment,inductionand set up for new starters.
• Manage appraisals and support disciplinary processes.
• Handle grievances with HRBP support.
• Implement People policies and support handbook updates.
• Ensure compliance with Pakistanlabourlaws.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.

Key Skills & Experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a multinational environment.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• Proven past experience as an HR Manager, HRBP, or HR Generalist.
