Responsibilities
  • Align HR policies and procedures with the organizations vision and mission.
  • Administer employee benefits programs that enhance employee well-being and retention.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring quality and diversity of talent acquisition.
  • Comply with labor laws and regulations, and handle employment contracts, terminations, and employee relations effectively.
  • Implement performance management systems and processes that foster employee growth and accountability.
  • Manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee compensation and deductions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, safeguarding data integrity and privacy.
