The ideal candidate will have over a year of HR experience, knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, and strong organizational skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are essential. Proficiency in HRIS systems and basic Excel skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on HR experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR administration.
• Practical knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and compliance procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting across organizational levels.
• Organizational skills for maintaining records and preparing payroll input.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion when handling employee data.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Conduct candidate assessments and facilitate smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with payroll preparation.
• Support performance management processes and track employee goals.
• Implement HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and resolve routine HR queries.
