About Us: Reactive BPO is a dynamic and rapidly growing call center dedicated to providing exceptional customer service solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence in employee relations and satisfaction.

Job Overview: As an HR Executive in our call center, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing HR functions to support our workforce. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR-related activities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of HR practices in a call center environment and be adept at fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and facilitate effective communication. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and development plans. Work closely with supervisors to address performance issues and implement improvement strategies.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Support career development initiatives to encourage continuous learning and growth.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize and participate in employee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and implement improvement plans.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards. Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover and attendance, for management review.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
