Responsibilities
  • Technical Recruitment: Creating and posting job advertisements; Sourcing potential candidates; Screening resumes; Coordinating interviews
  • Employee Onboarding: Assisting in conducting new hire orientations; Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees
  • Employee Relations: Providing support in HR-related matters; Assisting with HR administration tasks
  • HR Data Management: Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Employee Engagement: Supporting employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • HR Policy and Procedure: Contributing to the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assisting in HR reporting and data analysis as required

Requirements
