Hiring for Generalist HR & Accounts:

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced Accounts & HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing all HR operations while also handling general accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Laptop ordering and updates
  2. Email ID creation for new employees
  3. HR documentation, bonds, employment contracts
  4. Preparing employee KPI and bonus sheets
  5. Preparing KPI and bonus sheets for the key accounts and BD team
  6. Maintaining service contracts for HR Ways clients and ensuring all are signed properly
  7. Preparing salary sheets
  8. Discussing monthly salary sheets and adjustments with management
  9. Reminding about annual/bi-annual increments and bond expirations
  10. Coordinating with admin for leave records to adjust in payroll
  11. Disbursing salary through portal
  12. Sending payslips to employees
  13. Syncing with accounts to update bonus sheets monthly
  14. Running bonus cycle after review
  15. Informing employees about bonuses via message
  16. Answering employee queries regarding salary, bonuses, increments, taxation, and OPD
  17. Handling employee OPD approval and disbursement
  18. Updating employees on OPD clearance status
  19. Sending KPI summaries and clarifying calculation queries
  20. Ordering stationery for employees
  21. Maintaining logs of company assets
  22. Selling old laptops and onboarding new vendors
  23. Coordinating with internet service providers for technical issues

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or HR
  2. 5+ years of experience in accounting and HR
  3. Strong understanding of Pakistan tax regulations
  4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  6. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines

  2. Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
