Job summary

People perfect is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations for the hotel industry. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, effective team coordination, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest satisfaction.

You will supervise staff, assign duties, monitor performance, maintain stock, and coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced Lahore hotel.

Qualifications

• Minimum Matric qualification; a housekeeping certification or relevant training is an advantage.
• 4–5 years of relevant housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and hygiene practices.
• Excellent verbal communication and guest-handling skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide housekeeping staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel cleanliness standards.
• Inspect rooms, corridors, stairways, lounges, and other common areas.
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure rooms are inspected and released on time.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Manage cleaning chemicals, equipment, and other housekeeping materials.
• Report damaged or faulty equipment to the concerned department.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate housekeeping records and daily reports.
