Qualifications

• Matric qualification required; housekeeping certification or training is an advantage.
• 4–5 years of housekeeping experience in hotel/hospitality.
• Supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide housekeeping staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Inspect rooms, corridors, stairways, lounges, and other common areas.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate housekeeping records and daily reports.
