- Responsible for the effective administration of operational activities at the hotel and ensuring high level quality being served to the customers.
- Responsible for maintaining sales and financial records.
- He/She would have to hire, train, guide and manage the hotel staff.
- Manage customer relationship by attending and answering the queries of customers.
- Ensure that the customers are getting every service timely and efficiently they paid for.
- Keep in check the hotel supplies and maintain ample inventory level.
