Job description

  • Responsible for the effective administration of operational activities at the hotel and ensuring high level quality being served to the customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining sales and financial records.
  • He/She would have to hire, train, guide and manage the hotel staff.
  • Manage customer relationship by attending and answering the queries of customers.
  • Ensure that the customers are getting every service timely and efficiently they paid for.
  • Keep in check the hotel supplies and maintain ample inventory level.
  • Ensure that the daily operations at hotel are meeting the set standards.
  • Promote the brand message to the customers through traditional and specifically through social media platforms in unique ways.
  • Drive and coordinate all marketing activities to achieve the desired sales target.
  • Achieve increasing revenues through well-structured marketing campaigns and controlling expenses.
  • Developing strong relationship with the other organizations and stakeholders.
  • Develop public relations and strong relations with community by participating in local events.
  • Establish sales goals and objectives to achieve the goals and coordinate to other departments.
