Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to resolve administrative problems
• Ability to design healthy Mess Menu and calculate daily meals

• Experience supervising hostel affairs
• Ability to prepare and implement impartial accommodation plan

Responsibilities

• Maintain discipline and be responsible for hostel operations and safety of female students
• Control and supervise hostel in/out movement and conduct night roll-calls
• Ensure hygiene, mess rules and regulations are followed
• Monitor and check rooms, inventories and purchases for quality and standards
• Advise Coy Commander on student welfare and address student problems
• Coordinate maintenance of hostel facilities and services and arrange transport if needed
