Job summary

PsychPlus seeks a detail-oriented Hospital Operations Specialist to support day-to-day hospital operations, healthcare documentation, and revenue cycle management across clinical, billing, and administrative teams in Karachi. The role emphasizes EMR/EHR usage, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and accurate data handling.

You will coordinate with leadership and departments, prepare operational reports in Excel, and uphold confidentiality and high accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare portals.
• Strong knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 medical coding and documentation.
• Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and claims processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data management, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support hospital operations using EMR/EHR systems and portals.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and conduct documentation/compliance audits.
• Support RCM processes: eligibility verification, authorizations, coding, claims, denials, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with clinical, billing, administrative, and leadership teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor workflows and address discrepancies and gaps in processes.
• Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels and maintain professional relationships.
