Job summary

LNH in Karachi seeks a Mechanical Engineer to manage the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of hospital mechanical systems, including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, ventilation, and generators. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and energy efficiency.

You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, supervise elevator maintenance, prepare technical documents, review BOQs and tender specs, and ensure Health, Safety, and Environment compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; PEC registration.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation, maintenance, and upkeep of mechanical auxiliaries, HVAC, and generators.
• Plan and supervise preventive/corrective maintenance of chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and related equipment.
• Oversee elevator maintenance, inspection, and safety compliance for hospital systems.
