Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks for the department, including attendance and duty scheduling.
• Supervise and maintain departmental discipline and enforce policies.
• Evaluate staff performance and arrange on-the-job training.
• Supervise laundry washing, check quality, pH, chemical dosing.
• Monitor resources to ensure cost-conscious operation of laundry and linen sections.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
