Job summary

FlowHCM is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to conduct home-based assessments and provide therapy for a range of communication and feeding disorders.

The role involves developing individualized therapy plans, educating parents for home practice, and maintaining session documentation and progress reports. MS in Speech and Language Pathology preferred; 1.5+ years clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• MS in Speech and Language Pathology preferred.
• A minimum of 1.5 years of clinical experience will be given preference.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments at home.
• Provide therapy for stroke, voice disorder, Hearing impairment, speech delay, ASD, ADHD, and developmental delay.
• Develop individualized therapy plans.
• Educate parents for home practice activities.
• Maintain session documentation and progress reports.
