RedLine Freight Services in Gujrat, Pakistan, is seeking a Preservation Architect on a part-time basis to preserve historic buildings. You will research history, assess sites, and develop preservation plans to maintain integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of preservation experience, plus strong communication and code knowledge. Visa sponsorship is provided for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect.
• Strong knowledge of historic preservation techniques, materials, and processes.
• Excellent research skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and drawings.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough research on the history and significance of historic structures.
• Perform detailed site assessments to identify preservation or restoration needs.
• Develop preservation plans and strategies to maintain building integrity.
• Identify and source appropriate materials for restoration work.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure preservation work is carried out effectively.
