GulfDesign UAE is seeking a part-time Preservation Architect in Gujrat, Pakistan. You will preserve and restore historic buildings, coordinate with clients, contractors and fellow architects to deliver preserved sites on schedule.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, at least 2 years' experience in preservation, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. Visa sponsorship may be available.

Responsabilités

Preservation Architect vacancy in Gujrat Pakistan

Part‑time Preservation Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Preservation Architect to join our team on a part‑time basis in Gujrat. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and sites. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other architects to ensure that preservation projects are completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Conducting surveys and assessments of historical buildings and sites to determine preservation needs
• Developing preservation plans and proposals for clients
• Collaborating with contractors and other architects to oversee restoration projects
• Ensuring that all restoration work adheres to historical preservation guidelines and regulations
• Preparing detailed reports on the condition of historical buildings and sites
• Conducting research on historical architecture styles, materials, and techniques
• Providing recommendations for ongoing maintenance of preserved buildings

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Preservation Architect
• Strong knowledge of historical preservation guidelines, regulations, and techniques
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other professionals
• Attention to detail and strong project management skills

This is a part‑time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation is not provided but visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
