Job summary

Zameen.com is seeking a PM Execution Lead to guide and oversee the execution of high-rise construction projects, including apartments, hotels and mixed-use developments. You will ensure that construction activities are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to approved designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEC registered).
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.
• Proven experience in delivering high-rise residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects.
• Strong understanding of structural, architectural, MEP, finishing, and facade-related construction activities.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, quality control, HSE, cost management, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of high-rise construction projects from mobilization through completion, ensuring activities follow approved drawings and project plans.
• Translate project objectives into actionable execution plans with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and monitor detailed execution plans, milestones, and look-ahead schedules to ensure timely progress.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Director and management on milestones, risks, and required decisions.
• Coordinate Construction Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, budgets, and deadlines during on-site activities.
• Collaborate with Design/Architecture/MEP/BIM teams to resolve design issues and secure information availability.
• Support execution priorities, improve processes, and align teams with business objectives.
• Oversee handover activities with documentation, warranties, and as-built drawings.
