The role requires strong leadership and hands-on execution experience to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities include translating objectives into actionable plans, monitoring progress, and reporting to the Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEC registered).
• 10–15 years in construction/project execution.
• Experience delivering high-rise residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, MEP, finishing, and façade works.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of high-rise construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Coordinate Construction Managers, site engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor detailed execution plans and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, quality, budget, and safety standards.
• Provide regular updates to Director and senior management.
• Oversee handover, commissioning, snagging, and closeout.
